Delivery & Returns:
We aim to dispatch all goods, unless otherwise stated in the item description within 7working days. Please allow 7 working days for UK delivery and up-to 20 working days for international delivery.
From time to time, we may not have an item in stock. We will advise you if this is the case (within 3 days) and offer you the choice of a full refund if required.
Returns are accepted within 21 days of you receiving the item and must be in original packaging, unused, unsoiled and with original tags. The cost of returns is to be covered by the customer, unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
It is up-to you to make sure the item is returned, we recommend using a tracked service as we take no responsibility if the item never shows up. We can't offer any help or refunds for return postage at this time.
Goods damaged in transit must be reported to us within 3 working days. Please check your packages carefully when taking receipt and ensure that you are signing for the correct number of packages and that any noticeable damage is reported to the courier.
